Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at LuminoOneArt. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products are divided into two categories: digital downloads and physical products. The following policies apply to each:

Digital Downloads:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. Once the product is downloaded, it is considered sold.
  • In case you face technical issues such as corrupted files or incomplete downloads, please contact us within 48 hours of the purchase, and we will provide a replacement file or work with you to resolve the issue.

Physical Products:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@lumino.one and send your item to the Return Address specified on the shipping slip of the original package.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
